I cannot say enough great things about my experiences working with Kelly. Although I did have previous experience with breathwork, Transformational Breath® is very different from what I have used in the past. I came to these sessions open to what the results might be but seeking a way to find a deeper sense of peace and balance in my life and to facilitate the healing of deep past trauma. Through Kelly's expert guidance and instruction, I was able to achieve that and more.
Kelly's knowledge and expertise in the field of breathwork is considerable. She was able to provide me with a clear and accessible understanding of the mechanics of breathing, as well as how our breath can be used as a powerful tool for transformation and healing.
But perhaps even more important than Kelly's technical skills is her energy and presence as a facilitator. Her calm and sincere demeanour creates a safe and supportive space for deep healing work to take place. I always felt comfortable and at ease working with her, and I was able to achieve a level of openness and vulnerability that I had not previously experienced.
In short, I cannot recommend Kelly's sessions highly enough. They have been a transformative experience for me, and I am confident that anyone who works with her will benefit from her knowledge, skill, and compassionate presence.

I've always wanted to try breath work and when I finally got around to it I was amazed by the experience and what I had felt. During the session I was facilitated and guided by Kelly. I've recently had the pleasure of doing a breathwork session with Kelly. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a comprehensive explanation of what would be working on through the session. Also of what I may experience, how she would facilitate and how long it would last all of which top to put me at ease. The session all included, lasted about 90 minutes and I left feeling refreshed relaxed and alert. I have experienced having a different understanding how my breathing and breath impacts my sense of self and the way I carry myself physically and emotionally.
